Hum Creative began in a spare bedroom in 2010, and grew into a vibrant, collaborative studio doing transformative work for Seattle’s most essential organizations and companies. And as our beloved city evolves, so too must we.
This summer Hum will close our doors permanently. Our hearts are heavy, but also full of gratitude, pride, and optimism for the future.
For eight years, we have been humble champions of our clients’ best intentions. Through our work, we’ve made a meaningful impact on our region, helped launch local businesses, and collectively supported causes that we all deeply care about. We are honored that so many well-meaning organizations trusted us as partners.
The Hum family is a special one, and family is forever. Everyone who worked at Hum committed to a shared vision of a compassionate, supportive studio. As a result, Hum attracted and fostered the sharpest minds and most talented creatives, and will continue to prove a launching pad for many inspiring careers.
While Hum’s doors are closing, our passion for impactful creative and meaningful connections remains. Some members of our team will continue to work with key clients, and others will move on to new opportunities. We all hope you will keep in touch, and reach out the next time you’ve got an idea brewing. Perhaps we can help, or just brainstorm over coffee.
We love our city hard, and are proud to have been a part of Seattle’s rich creative community. Thank you for having us, and for supporting us in past—and future—endeavors.
Sincerely,
Kate Harmer, Founder of Hum Creative
